Update to Node v0.6.x

Not quite creative but it would be nice to use some of the new features. E.g. contracts.coffeescript does not work with v0.4.x.

We are currently working on this. At first we will enable users to choose the preferred node version to run their applications. Stay tuned (and thanks for request).

What's the ETA on this feature? A LOT of people are eagerly awaiting it.
